My three guesses In priority guessing order:
- Solar panel/array- an old switchboard panel for DS-1 trunks.  Who needs broadband?  Eugene is going old school- a new windshield for Eugene 's rangerover.  He broke the old windshield while trying to raise an antenna into the trees while on radio safari.
