Hi Tim,

I confirm your cybertext matches what I copied.   I had a pretty good 
signal on 12 MHz RTTY.    Unfortunately after trying two Enigma 
simulators and doing what I think is the right procedure, all I get is 
garbage out.

The one thing they didn't specify as far as I can see is which code 
system was used.  The Enigma simulators support Kreigsmarine M3 - 
UKW-=C,  Wehrmact UKW-B, Wehrmact UKW-C, etc - all of which are 3-wheel 
machines.    I sent a query to MHRS but maybe Dick will see this and 
respond.

I hope to figure it out, but right now I'd have some angry officers 
yelling at me!
