[MRCA] [MRCG] Clatternet today

Hi Jim I've been calling CQ for 15 minutes - nada.  All I am hearing is
neighborhood wall-warts and the occasional unattended computer texting
"599" to some other unattended computer via FT-8.  (Groan..)
Dan reports VIASEPCON that his TX is hosed for some reason.
