[MRCA] Trade 2 as-new ARC T-13A Tx for one Q-5er LF receiver

I have 2 as-new ARC T-13A transmitters, the ones that cover 2 meters and need either a BC-453 or R-23A LF receivers for Q-5er service.  My only requirement is that it must be entirely functional at rated B+.  TNX
