[MRCA] Berryville hamfest report

 Jeep & Gang,
IMO the weather forecast from last week calling for rain in Berryville probably caused the attendance to be down. I for one had to cancel all of my arrangements. The forecast was better by Saturday but for me it was too late to reschedule the trip with a trailer.
Just FYI...
Hope to be there next year..

    Arrived at about 0545 this morning and set up to see and sell.  Last year was said to be down about 30%. This year foot traffic was down at least 50%.  That said, there were numerous mil and commercial BA's to be had. I saw nothing "heavy" being bought or carted off.  Were it 20 years ago, I would have gone home burdened. Today?  Nothing....  Did see 3 RCA SRR-series receivers for $70 each. R-390A from $150 and up. Looked ok.  Having seen all to be seen by 10:30, I departed the A/O.  Did  see and speak with Brown, NZR.  A bit disappointing but did fair selling. Hope springs eternal so will be there next year, if they have it....
