[MRCA] H-250 Modification/Repair

Yep - We all called them C Rats back in my day but they were technically
MCI's.  Old ways die hard!
I actually liked most of them - better than the early MRE's.  In my unit
the tradition was to open the new case and turn it upside down and dump the
boxes, face down so you could not read the contents. Everybody grabs one,
then the trading begins.  Avoids the "food fights"!  haha
We also had freeze dried LURPS (Long Range Patrol Rations?) on occasion,
Chicken and Rice was a staple and good for back packing. The good ol' daze..
