PRC-47, PRC-74, mystery "Gould" manpack, and the SEM35 if I can work up a
battery pack by then.

Maybe an MRE or two if get my hands on them. Those will not be for display
purposes.

Subject: [MRCA] Red Ball/Gilbert next week

Have been thinking about what field radios to bring along to MRCA Gilbert next
week. First let me start with saying that I will be dragging out the mutt with
the GRC-106 for HF, RT-524 for 51.0 and URC-110 for 144.25 AM or any two meter
FM stuff.
The real question is what other radios for backpack use? I will bring my huge
USCG PRC-108 being that's already on a Allice frame and all ready to go for
5.357 USB and 3.885 AM, will also take a PRC-68 being that its small and don't
take much space so it provides a good radio for 51.0 FM
The question would be will there be any need for something like a URC-200
strapped to an allice frame for VHF AM or FM? Or maybe a PRC-77? Will have to
work out getting a new battery for the 77 so that may be an issue.
What if anything is everyone else planning on bringing out to the Beltsville
exercise? Going to assume there will be at one or two PRC-47 in use along with
some newer stuff for sixty meters.
What are some of the plans for displays in the Howell building?
