Here's the rear of the T-827K in case it contains any hints as to heritage

This was a unit that showed up on eBay last year along with a batch of J
models. Those are the only photos I have seen.
1992 contract date and is 48-63 Hz, unlike the earlier T-827 models which
were 48-450 Hz.
