Tom,
Not an expert here. What appears before the HTTPS is added by Proofpoint's Targeted Attack Protection. Perhaps you are at work or not at home or using Proofpoint yourself at home.
What appears after "HTML" relates to the photo you embedded in your email and after the JPG presumably relates to other search parameters or identifying details.
Example, if you click this link it will bring up just the photo and not the full article: https://i1.kknews.cc/SIG=1hgf2uf/ctp-vzntr/8srq79sqr7rs4n16n6oqq2rq898155n8.jpg
