So I guess I lost out on them because they didn’t want to pack them up and ship?

UPS stores have a complete packing service, so they wouldn’t even had to bother with packing it.

Too bad, because they’d have been my only physical memento besides the manual I kept that I wrote for the 1 KW solid-state HF linear amplifier I was the project/design engineer on when I worked for CAI in the early 1980’s. way 

Maybe one of these years some other CAI stuff would show up somewhere...
