[MRCA] Looking for 60hz AC power supply for RBC-2

My recollection is the 17 volt winding feeds the local oscillator filament
through a ballast tube for stability.  I  can't remember, is there a jumper
in the receiver that connects the LO filament to the rest of 6V filament
circuit?

The homebrew supply I used for a time allowed that to be powered up
separately from the rest of the supply as I was concerned about the
humidity in my basement causing corrosion, so keeping that little bit of
heat going kept things dry.  Probably a case of putting too fine a point on
it...
