[MRCA] Harris Falcon III Clone Help

Hoping someone else may be playing around with one of these as I have an
issue I so far can't figure out.  It is the latest model TCA PRC-152A with
the GPS.  For some reason the radio will not receive audio in "channel
mode" unless you press the PTT first, it shows rx signal on the meter but
no audio unless you depress the ptt first.  I'm guessing perhaps some
setting is wrong but not sure what it could be.
