[MRCA] Maximum Permissible Voltage?

I have a, new to me,
Harris RF-3090/RT-1406 PRC117.
VHF FM
30 - 89.975 MHz
Now I would like to find documentation for this set.
And I need to determine the maximum permissible voltage input..
Can you help?
