Hello All...

I have decided to lighten the load of project radios that I now know that I can never finish. This fine marine receiver is one of them.

It is very clean with no modifications whatsoever. No cabinet; it was, like most of them, mounted in a console in a ship’s radio room. Includes all tubes and one Collins mechanical filter.

Here is what it needs: the sixty year-old plus filmstrip frequency dial toothed drive belts need replacement. They are unobtanium. However I was able to lay my hands on some new old-stock belts. However they are too wide. In order to be usable they will need to be carefully and painstakingly trimmed with an X-acto knife and they will then fit.

Price of the receiver is $750. I would very much prefer local pickup or will meet buyer within 100 miles of Boston Massachusetts. I will ship but packing and transport costs must be borne by the buyer. Count on $100.00.

As it is with most vintage electronics this radio is sold AS-IS with no warranties, guarantees or promises. It will need work but it is minimal and this is a great and desirable receiver.
