[MRCA] PRC-21

I have a pair on 146.52.  It's basically a re-packaged Motorola lunchbox.  Very good radio, and more like a watt out.  I build an inverter supply that runs on a 2.4 AH 12V gel cell.
I also have a VRC-19 channeled up on .52 Also have the fixed base unit, and PA.  There were also low band variants, but no low band portable.
I know is considered non-tactical, but the build quality is exceptional.
