[MRCA] Using FM sets in WW2 Vehicles

I thought the idea was to promote the preservation of antique military radios, not just their outer casings. The SCR-620 works just fine for the military vehicle folks. And what is so problematic about getting these new potential Hams licensed? Licensing is no different for any new operator - Military Vehicle Owners are no different Aren’t WE, as licensed Amateur Operators supposed to be promoting the hobby? Military Vehicle Owners are a potential large new pool of Hams. Instead of keeping Military Vehicle Owners out, we should be helping them get set up and licensed.
