[MRCA] 80 HF frequencies

Hi Ray - Thanks for that list...  FYI, the West Coast Military Radio
Collectors Group AM net is still on 3985 kc but on Saturday afternoons (4
PM PST / 0001Z Sunday).  Sometimes moves per propagation but otherwise
usually at that time...  I don't think we've ever been on at 0900 local
time Saturdays...
