[MRCA] Keyer Cootie Key

Hi Breck - Nice!  I built several hacksaw blade keyer paddles, initially
for use with a Hammarlund HK-1B relay keyer as a Novice.  I am currently
using this hacksaw paddle for fixed portable and mobile ops.  A little more
fancy than your wooden one, this one is "adjustable" but also bullet proof
when thrown into my pack.
