[MRCA] Southcom SC-120D

I spend a rainy Sunday going through Military brochures. I found a spec sheet on the Southcom SC-120D.

I'm looking for a low power manpack an this see to fit the bill. It operates from 12 volts, low power consumption on receive and has a tuner. It is a crystal controlled but I can install a synthesizer.

Does anyone have any experience with this radio or ay documentation on the set? I've attached a specs sheet.
