OK, found the 2K25. It is attached to the frequency control knob, inside that aluminum cylinder on the bottom. Power meter is 50% correct and signal gen is the other 50% as it does both. 73 – Mike

These came with US Signal Corps walkie talkies and TU-26-B transmitter unit. The previous owner was an airplane mechanic in WWII but it would be great to know what purpose these served.

Looks like a variant between a TS-35/AP and the later TS-35A/AP. Data sheets attached:
