[MRCA] Operation Able Archer special event W3A 21 November 2020 - 22 November 2020

Just a reminder the operation Able Archer '83 Special event W3A is scheduled for  21 Nov 2020 1300 hrs UTC thru 22 Nov 2020 1500 hrs UTC.  yes this is a change from previous years.   Ray KA3EKH is working to firming up an operating location.  On air will be period correct "military"  radios. I recently updated the page with a better video, its longer but more comprehensive.
