This is a truly valuable resource.  Written by Philco for the Navy it is essentially a full course on how to use electronic test equipment the Navy way. The book is quite thick; about 260 pages, nicely illustrated and in very clean condition.  Covers how to use typical test equipment of the mid 1950s. This book is very hard to find.
