[MRCA] WTB GRC-19 Working

[MilComm Guy]

Looking to purchase a working GRC-19 set, must be able to demonstrate
working condition.  I am willing to travel to pick it up, the closer to
Maine the better.  Also would like to hear from members who are familiar
with the set who may be willing to work on the T-195, have had a couple of
offers but the T-195 has issues, again willing to travel to drop off/pick
up.
