So today on Veterans Day while at a fellow veterans house picking up some no longer wanted HF antennas  he also gave me one of these service monitors, it comes in the original carrying case with the manual.  Of course there is always a catch, it's not working, the timing clock battery failed, he purchased a board, replaced it and that did not fix the problem, he does not know if he installed it wrong or got a bad board.  So I would like to ask if someone here repairs these or knows someone who does.
