[MRCA] AS-4096/G or HT-20B HF Antenna ???

Mark,
This looks very familiar to something I used in my career before becoming involved in amateur radio.  So I did a little digging in my archives. Please see attached manual and pics.  I wish I had taken better pics. I used to have blueprints prepared by some obscure part of the Air Force but I have no idea what happened to them after all these years.    I hope something here is useful to you.
