Nice job.  Especially the yellow shrink tubing with the printing.  The only clue that it isn’t an original is the mis-matched connector bodies.

After a search for this seemingly scarce cable including old fashion snail mail to other military radio collectors I decided to assemble one.  I sourced the T-195 side from ebay, the R-392 side from Fair and the cable was sourced from a CX-4722 I had on hand, the RT-524 etc antenna tuner cable.  I bought some 3/4" shrink tube for the label maker for the finishing touch and am happy with the results.  Thank you to the members here who replied trying to help me find one.
