[MRCA] Torn Fu. restoration

The most common VHF set for armor was the 10 W S c transmitter and UKW E
a receiver. The transmitter was 10W and covered 27.2-33 MHz. The
larger transmitter was the 20 W S c. covering the same frequency range.
These both used a 2 meter whip antenna.
The higher power transmitters were HF.
