Be aware that it is a ~60MB download, due to 300dpi resolution and 107 page length of the entire manual.  My website does support FTP downloads for faster file transfer if you have the software.  There is a high resolution schematic for the set at https://aafradio.org/docs/ARC-4_schematic.png if all you need is that.
