Subject: [MRCA] BC-611 Battery Tray tip by WD8AXA

 

 WD8AXA in a recent post suggested using "Dual" 9V connectors  instead of the standard single 9V battery snap connector while constructing your BC-611 battery tray. The dual connectors are  available from All Electronics. I've ordered same and they work great but be sure and insulate any exposed wiring. The connector from All is shown below. They are also available from Mouser and Digi-Key. BTW All Electronics still sends out a "Paper" catalog.         Thanks to Chuck for this tip.
