[MRCA] [Milsurplus] BC-611 PTT help

There is a clear plastic shield on one side of the circuit board on the BC-6-11 that shrinks, distorts and gets brittle over time.  It also can interfere with the push to talk function of the radio.  I got replacements from Robert Downs.
