[MRCA] Need BC-453 or R-23

Folks,

I'm putting together another ARC-8 setup and I need either a BC-453 or 
an R-23 receiver to act as a 1/2 harmonic Q-5er for the BC-348-R.  I'd 
like one with plastic wiring to adjunct re-capping, etc. but I'm not 
that choosy.  A receiver with front panel controls added is no problem.  
No requirement for dynamotor, either.   But, while I'm at it... a 
question...  This BC-348R is a plastic tag unit with a manufacture's 
code of CDL.  MFP code is late 1945 and its in remarkable fine physical 
condition.  But, who might CDL be...?
