Hello Keegan,     Let me get you in contact with some folks who can make things happen in the MVPA and the MRCA,  First, the Events Director of the MVPA is John Cheney from Baltimore, Ohio,  You can reach him at eventdirector at mvpa.org .  The closest affiliated club  to MAM would be the WAC/B&GMVT .  The Affiliate club president is Dean Hansen, from Edgewood MD.  His email address is dean.hansen_usa at yahoo.com .  That affiliate club website is www.washingtonbluegray.com .   The lead contact for the MRCA can be reach at ark at ar88.net.  The MRCA website Home is  http://www.mrca.ar88.net/default.html .The MRCA is loosely structure, so the quickest way to get a response is to contact their chat group at mrca at mailman.qth.net.
  Those are the contacts you'll need to get things rolling.  It is far better that you do the contacting directly to make any arrangements for show participation and avoid a middleman ( me).   I look forward to see what you arrange.
