[MRCA] Military Radio Field Day -2020

Hi Al - Great Idea... I'm on it!
Awhile back Electric Radio encouraged Vintage Field Day (which we
interpreted as Military Radio Field Day).  I did many of them from The
Bush, great fun.  I talked with Ray several years ago after ER apparently
dropped the idea - he said that low participation did not warrant ER
"continuing with it".  Understandable.  But that's the idea here - let's
get some field ops going!  Thanks for organizing this!  Here's an AAR on
Boonie Ops I did last weekend:
