[MRCA] W3PWW Note

Just got off the phone with Ted, W3PWW.  He wasn't on the net today as he got up later than usual.    As mentioned on the OMRN, today, he's awaiting additional test and evaluations over the next few weeks with the expectation of any necessary actions to be taken after the first of the year.  He feels good and sounds just fine and wants to get back on the air.
