As I mentioned on yesterday's Moose and Squirrel Net I picked up two of these IOTA Battery Chargers/Power Converter and have been using with with my 12 volt rigs:

They are used to charge SLA/AGM batteries but can also be used as a standalone power supply. The Output voltage is is 13.6 volts.
Another nice feature is that they can be used in series to supply 27 volts for mil radio such as my Harris RF-5000/RF-5031PA-125 combo.
The AC leads are terminated with female Stacon connectors. I had some CORCOM RFI filters with terminated with male Stacon pins so I used that to connect to my power cord.
I haven't noticed RFI interference but I haven't run tests. Note the Corcom filter is a differential mode filter so if I have to filter common mode RFI I will place the AC and DC power leads through FairRite #31 toroids.
This is a good price and occasionally Electronic Goldmine has them on sale for around $29.
Now I just have to find the cable between the RF-5000 and RF-5031PA.
