[MRCA] Update on Ted, W3PWW

Ted called to tell me he is doing OK but will continue testing next week 
and procedures may/will be required. He says he probably will not be on 
the air this weekend, nor for a while, but will keep us informed.  
Family is taking good care of him and I again passed on all your well 
wishes.  Let's hope he will be home for the holidays!!!
