[MRCA] todays net

[MilComm Guy]

I ran the TS-570D out of the ambulance today, AT-1011 NVIS.  Conditions
here were actually about normal for me, although Steve was stronger today
which is always nice.  I heard you Ray but too far down in the noise to
copy well, also copied you Ray on the TTY test this morning.
