One of the problems with working with the "Bomber" is that tube extenders are not readily available for testing.  And for later Zenith models finding a 1L6 tube replacement can be expensive. The 1LA6 tube is readily available. Attached are photos are of a Tube extender for the Bomber and a 1LA6 conversion for later zenith sets.
