[MRCA] N3FRQ not at Gilbert

Gang,

Sadly, I will not be at the Gilbert meet, due to a minor, but annoying 
medical problem.

I will, however, try to participate on the air.  I'll be QRV on 60 and 
75 meters.  My sense is that 75 is our best bet for daytime NVIS.  I'm 
about 80 miles away.

I check email quite often.  Let me know if you'd like a sched.
