[MRCA] LS-166/U settings?

On the GRC-106 pin A is the 10 Mw audio output and pin L is the 2 watt audio output, B,E and H are ground. When you use the H-33 handset it receives audio from A and when using the speaker you can choose pin A for piss week sound or L for full level sound. Don’t know the advantage other than when you have a handset and speaker both connected if you wanted to mute the speaker you can switch to the low setting.

As Ray pointed out the switch just selects which pin on the connector (A or L) is connected to the transformer/speaker. Different sets source audio to different pins..

Hi there. What is the difference in functionality on the LS-166 for the two settings, "field or pack use" and "vehicular use". What is the difference?
