[MRCA] Info needed

Hi All  anyone on this group have any knowledge of the Clansman PRC-351? looking for a link to a schematic I have one that shows a short across the  DC Input terminals  Maybe it has protective Diodes but without a print I don't know where to look and this thing looks to be a Beast to work on!!or perhaps it's a Wheel chock!
