[MRCA] Gilbert AAR one final

Hi Mark,

Glad you made it home OK. Some times it is hard to decipher what goes on 
with Fast Lane. (?)   A few months ago, my transponder quit from a dead 
battery apparently. I returned two transponders. I called them, and was 
not billed for the missing toll amounts as far as I can tell.  Another 
time, my CC ran out and NY charged me a few bucks for the Tappan Zee 
bridge plus a $56 processing fee.

I had a great time at Gilbert. Doing the freq tests was fun. When I got 
home, I checked my BC-221 and the crystal reference oscillator was only 
4 Hz low at 1 MHz.  I re adjusted it and put it back on the shelf!
