[MRCA] Restoring panels and cases.

Comment, I find that using spray paint via spraying into a container, 
then manually applying is problematic.  The paint is very very thin and 
does not cover well.  I have tried to wait until the volatile has 
dissipated. Even this, however, has not worked very well for me as the 
wrinkle texture doesn't cure very well.   Using a heat gun helps, 
however.  VHT is great paint used from the can and baked at 200 deg. F.  
Even heat is necessary.  If you're going to build an oven, put a muffin 
fan, inside, to circulate the trapped air.
