[MRCA] VHF/UHF Vehicle Antenna

Since we are talking antennas. Anyone have a line on an AS-2259. I have a 15ft monkey stick but would like to the mil spec NVIS. Going to eventually be running a prc-47. 
  Also, anyone know who could clean up and get running my RT524 I’m in N NJ
