[MRCA] R392 update

I got the power connector in from Fair Radio and hooked the radio up to power.It does work, but I think it could work a lot better. I didn't get too technical with the testing yet but the sensitivity with a 10 foot piece of wire antenna was underwhelming . The 40 meter band was dead as in not even working with the calibrator except at about 7.9 MHZ but nothing below that. Should be interesting to see what that's about...
