[MRCA] Reminder: 75 Meter Rolling Net tonight

Just a reminder that the  MRCA/MMRCG/West Coast Military Radio Group 
"Rolling 75 Meter Net" is tonight and every Wednesday night starting at 
03:00Z on 3996.0 kHz USB.   The MRCA gets the ball rolling at 0300Z 
(10PM Eastern, 9PM Central Standard Time) and the MMRCG picks it up at 
half past the hour until the West Coast Military Radio Group net gets 
underway at 0400Z.

Feel free to check in anytime during the hour as with long propagation 
it's likely someone at a distance may be able to hear you better than 
those close-in.    Even if you can only listen, your SWL report would be 
welcome to give a better idea of band conditions across the country.

Use of military/commercial radios is encouraged but certainly not 
required.  Hope to hear you on the net tonight!
