[MRCA] BC-611 PS

  Several years ago Dennis Starks  designed a power supply using a 88 mH 
toroid as the primary transformer. He went to a lot of work drawing up 
schematics etc. so that it could be shared among the collectors.  Most 
of us have several of the old  88 mH "telephone" transformer laying 
around as they were often utilized in filter and other power supply 
projects.  I built several of these "inverter" power supplies. Info is 
presented below.
