There are three control units designed for the RT-18*/ARC-1. They are electrically interchangeable.
C-45/ARC-1 Box mounted using MT-4/ARR-2 on bulkhead.
C-115/ARC-1 Early USN 5-inch panel, slotted edges for fasteners.
C-865/ARC-1 Standard 5.75-inch panel, Dzus fasteners.
This gives you some other options if you can find any of them.
FWIW, the USN was the early adopter of UHF-AM command sets. Westinghouse produced the UHF RT-58/ARC-12 (NOT to be confused with A.R.C. Type 12) that replaced the VHF RT-18*/ARC-1 in existing AN/ARC-1 installations...plug-in and play. The above three control units thus served also in AN/ARC-12 10-channel crystal-control UHF-AM systems.
For all of that use, it still takes a lot of searching to find these control units today. I got mine from ebay.
