[MRCA] H-161 A/U

I'm looking for ideas suggestions or sources for replacement ear cushions for the H-161A/U.   The headset I have cushions have disintegrated inside and all I'm left with is the vinyl outside that offer no padding.  I was curious if anyone had a source to purchase replacement ear cushions or a technique they may have used to refurbish them. In the past I have made a small slice and tediously inserted cotton into the vinyl housing.
