[MRCA] MRCA Gilbert Meet VHF Short Range Patrol Activity

On Saturday Morning at 0930 we will deploying around the Fairgrounds for
some short range VHF work with URC-4 Air/Sea Rescue Sets on 144.25 MC and
PRR-9/PRT-4  Helmet sets on 51 MC. The URC-4's have proven to be a fun
challenge at past meets with their low power and simple super-regen.
receivers. Many of us have had the PRR-9/PRT-4 Helmet Sets for many years
and some recent work with them has shown them to work nicely. We would like
to see just what maximum range might be. Breck,k4CHE has information on
rebuilding batteries for these sets on his website. So, if you have these
